Structured Outlooks Ltd. in partnership with Appropriate Training Ltd and the energy Institute, has been commissioned to undertake an analysis of the skills and recruitment needs of the energy sector in Wales, whilst undertaking a similar exercise with companies worldwide, in order to benchmark the skills issues identified in each country.
The project has been commissioned by Welsh Assembly Government DCELLS (Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills) Part of the Welsh Assembly government, and will include an analysis of the current Training and Qualifications provision available for the Sector. The report when completed will also identify any gaps in the qualifications and training provision available, and will result in new qualification curricula being developed where needed.
