Appropriate Training Ltd. develops curricula and training centres for funded and non-funded projects. The company has developed these training resources for national and international funding bodies as a service to governments and funding organisations. Curricula and training centres have been developed for a major food manufacturer designed to multiskill a large workfoce and improve productivity.
The company is used to preparing bids for funding to support local, regional and national projects. This experience also extends to producing syllabi and equipment lists, building planning and layout and staffing lists which satisfy the requirements of the major international funding agencies criteria for international tendering for procurement and recruitment.
The company has participated in collaborations and partnerships with the major development banks and with the DIFID (ODA) British Council and Crown Agents.
Curricula and training centres have been developed by company personnel working either directly for Appropriate Training Ltd. or as part of a major partner led team for funded projects in Egypt (MOHE), Portugal (MOE), Zimbabwe (DIFID/ODA), Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia (UNCTAD) and numerous UK developments funded by local authorities or private companies.
Currently the company is participating in developing curricula for the Republic of South Africa in water, sanitation and energy distribution.
