Foreword
The Ishidia Weighing machine controls the flow of product by means of precalibrated weigh cells supporting the weigh hoppers.
These receive the product from the dispersion table via the radial troughs which are vibrated by the radial feeders, they deposit the product into the pool hoppers where the product is held until the weigh hoppers call for more product.
The hoppers are synchronised to feed the product to the collection chute and onto the bagger unit underneath. The synchronisation frequency is controlled by the choice of weight of product per bag and the rate of operation which depends on the volume of production.
The flow of product to the pool hoppers is controlled by the vibrating radial feeders which have variable amplitude and frequency of vibration.
